20031206 10:58 DC Rang Eircom, asked to investigate. Given Eircom ticket

were on the NLI end - looks like interference. Leaving ticket open for
monitoring by Eircom.
20031208 09:07 RK I spoke with Brian and he advised the outage was due to
a shared power circuit with leinster house that they bring down once a
month. At present this is beyond the control of NLI, but they are hoping
to change it in the future.
Brian is satisfied that all is working correctly and to close the ticket.
