I'm using 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp1.020828-1920 and the file displays fine with
the built-in stylesheet for XML instance rendering.

I don't deduce that from the message, because I can't deduce anything from
that message.

I used copy and paste to create the test file out of your message, so it
isn't a typo of any kind.  The file is well-formed.

I'm not sure anyone can help you with this.
