From: David Lemon

Type 42 (not 43) was mainly engineered by Apple, in collaboration
with Adobe, and it was an Apple engineer who came up with that
designation. The engineer was a Douglas Adams fan (42 is "the answer
to everything"). Hence, PostScript has Type 0 - Type 14, and Type 42.
