HEAnet's Dublin office will close at 17:30 on Thursday 17th April and reopen at 09:00 on Tuesday 22nd April.
The NOC will provide a remote monitoring service, with emergency callout and escalation, in the intervening holiday period. Mail to [log in to unmask] will be processed throughout. The office voicemailbox (01.6609040) will be checked periodically. Clients who have nominated an out-of-hours contact in the HEAnet Service Agreement will be given the NOC GSM number for use in emergencies.
