This has been resolved, and quite quickly (thanks to those folks who went
out of their way and contacted FontLab on my behalf). I did get the numbers
in the morning's mail and FontLab explained that they were having trouble
with their email. I can appreciate the security measures, though they do
seem a bit unusual.
