We are currently accepting applications for the Ph.D. program in ISDS
(information systems and decision sciences) at Louisiana State
University, USA.                                                    
                                                                    
Student must possess:
 - masters degree in any business discipline, information systems, or
any health related field.                                     
 - GRE or GMAT                                                      
 - TOEFL                                                            
 - GPA 3.00 or above                                                
 - Interested in working on Telemedicine, medical informatics, or any
other ICT issue within the African context.                  

NOTE: For the GMAT our minimum requirement is 600 and for the GRE we
look for a score of 1200 (for the Verbal + Qualitative sections). In
other words, we calculate your total GRE Score minus the Quantitative
Score to give a minimum of 1200.
