HRB line goes down at 10:11. HRB contacted, nothing happened on their end. Eircom contacted. As Eircom ticket was still open engineers performed testing on the line without contacting HEAnet. This was the cause of the outage. This testing showed circuit to be error free. Eircom ticket is now parked awaiting our confirmation from HEAnet that circuit is running error free. Counters have been cleared on the interface and this will be monitored for 24 hours.
