20020708 1421 CW Eircom unable to see the new modem at the NLI end, upgrade postponed.
20020711 1344 CW Upgrade carried out at 13:31, port upgrade eircom inform us that physical intervention needed at NLI site, revert circuit at 13:45
20020711 1700 CW NTU is not in the NLI comms room, current location is unknown, it is however reachable, eircom will attempt to locate the NTU tomorrow.
20020722 1000 CW eircom will cary out the upgrade at 0900 on 20020724, upgrade will involve reuse of existing copper pair, which will be rehomed at the merrion exchange and a new NTU fitted at NLI.
20020723 1600 CW eircom report a new problem has been discovered in merrion exchange and this will prevent the upgrade taking place as scheduled.
