Description: NCAD (DS0848416)
It seems the hardware is minimally up on the side of eircom link
to NCAD. The IP protocol is down.
It happens at the same moment as HEA (which is a different provider) went down.
Will wait with contacting eirom around 09:00
Haved phoned eircom, they wil look into it: Ref. nr 1875
According to eircom the power is down on the side of the NCAD modem.
Even more weird it is down since July 8th,
For now I have closed the ticket ON eircom side, so this needs be investigated
further on Monday when customer is back.
If necessary open new ticket.
