Classical orchestras DO play the notes EXACTLY AS WRITTEN! They must play it
exactly cause the composer has written the music that way that all parts fit
together. "That guy" in front of them gives the interpretation and holds all
musicians together. The orchestra is like a huge instrument and the
conductor like a musician.

cheers
Zasmina

classical orchestras do not play the dots exactly as written. if they did,
they wouldn't need that guy up in front waving a stick.
