Well, basically I agree with most of what you say (except that I`m old, that
is ;-). So, what is your plan. How to acchieve this? What do you propose as
the statement of intent for a reborn Celtic-L?
And are we to distribute that, or is it simply that we state this and post
it on the list here? The idea is good, but how get it going?

Not as old, still old enough on this list (1996-2002)
BTW, just went through some of my first mails in the archives and have to
say: Hell, was my English bad back then... So if you want a good laugh, look
