20030405 21:50 mn Describe fault, log msgs to LAN Comms support.
20030405 22:10 mn LAN Comms advise record diagnostics prior to router reload. 'show tech' causes router to crash.
20030405 22:40 mn On site, router has restarted, all interfaces up, routing adjacencies established, connectivity restored. Check console, logs, memory, CPU - all OK.
20020405 22:45 mn Report failed interfaces on 8xX.21 card and 4xG.703
card. LAN Comms suspect hardware fault.
