I note that they do not support the Celtic connection, but do not note any
unsoundness in their methodology. In fact, their study seems overwhelmingly
complete, even if I don't agree entirely with their results.

If you get From Scythia to Camelot, read it with extreme caution - the
authors' methodology is extremely unsound and they are both noted
anti-Celticists (which marrs their results).
