is there anything in this translation that would indicate 100 battles-I read
that his name was translated as "King of 100 Battles." Is this legend
attached or another translation/interpretation?

uer- "over/super" + cingeto- "warrior" (literally "marcher") + rix "king":
"Super Warrior-king" (thus it is an intensive of another attested personal
name, Cingetorix "Warrior-king").
