Yes, I agree that one might call Hermann Zapf, who is 83, GGL, who is 80, or
possibly Adrian Frutiger, who is 73, and an "ancient designer", who is
"still alive". BTW: Ed Benguiat is 74, and doing well.
But Matthew Carter is 64, and looks as if he were 47. He hardly can be
called "still alive". He simply is "alive", and doing very well.
