Gavin Laking attempts to help:
In your source code you write:
The validator is giving you an error message because there may be an error
in some_schema.xsd, or the markup of your file is invalid somewhere. Do you
have an example on a server that we could have a look at to maybe help you
ascertain and fix this particular problem?
I've encountered a problem like this before, in my example: (I've not
included the stylesheet info for brevity.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
The problem with the above example was that there was no 'encasing' tags
preceding <application> and after </information>. What I did to correct this
was to simply encase the document in tags like this:
There are features in XMLSpy to create custom schemas (or is that schemii?
hehe) - maybe you can use that to help you build a schema- it may even point
you closer to your error. Anyway, I hope that helps, and somebody who is a
little more able than me is sure to point you in a better direction.
