a and o superior are used in Spanish typography for numbers such in address
like that:
Doctor Esquerdo, 58 4ºB
Some Spanish typographers prefer the line designed with them to fit with
tradition.
By extension, we can use it in France and others countries for the Nº, but
really few French really use it. People use wrongly degree instead because
apparent in keyboard.
