We don't need African consensus. We don't need Regional consensus. We
don't even need advice from elsewhere.
We need a venue and we need a sponsor. We found that.
And with all due respect to Tarek, they pale against what the South
Africans will lay on.
So, can we please, please, dispense with this unnecessary buickering
and get on with it?
