I'm doing some work on e-government in Africa.

I'd be very grateful for pointers to/details on two things:

a) Successful e-government projects in Africa (not pilots or
proposals).

b) Regional or continent-wide e-government initiatives, such as
those supported by one of the international agencies.

I'll post results back onto the list.
