But you wouldn't store those assets in Vignette in the first place, would you? they'd be stored in a database, or on your local server. Vignette is providing some content management applications that may or may not be useful, but which would still only treat binary objects as binary objects. An editor such as XMetal would have nothing to do with this. When we considered XMetal, it was entirely to be used as an editor for articles, not as though it had some connection to binary objects from other applications--or am I misunderstanding something?
