True enough as phrased, with the wording "that comes with IE5"... however,
it's also subject to misinterpretation; wouldn't want casual readers of the
message to be scared of using IE5 for their XSLT work, though, *as long as*
they've downloaded the current msxml.dll and installed it in "replace"
mode. That "preview release" .dll comes reeeeal close to full support for
XSLT, and I suspect the next release will close the remaining gaps.
