Electronic Service Level Agreement Developer
SiteROCK, a pre-IPO company located in Emeryville, California, is the market
leader in providing remote site management services. We have a customer

SiteROCK's dynamic web-based SLA provides real-time access to information
and keeps our customers in control while we do the work. SiteROCK services
are delivered independent of co-location facility, network provider, or
equipment vendor-we are the only solution that provides objective
measurements and consistency of service across multiple providers and

internal processes to instantiate and deliver services to customers.
