The HEAnet office will close for the Easter holiday from 17:30 on
Thursday 20th April until 09:00 on Tuesday 25th April. During this
period, normal out-of-hours cover will be provided, with duty engineer performing remote monitoring, checking for voice-mail and e-mail periodically throughout each day, and available to be on-site at NOC if required.
If you are planning to shut down or in any way alter network access to your site for the Easter period, please advise the NOC (tel 01.6623412, e-mail [log in to unmask]) so that we can account for you in any fault investigations/resolutions.
