UL access via backbone down. All traffic with UL going over
2Mbps long haul leased line at very reduced performance. All
Limerick PoP equipment working, as are UL access routers.
Connectivity with UL at seriously reduced level.
Report trunk DPL 340042 to Eircom, they issue ticket #1033.
UL traffic routing over backbone since 20:55. Ticket will remain
open until report received.

problem later today.
