WIT installed a UPS system over the weekend. For this they powered down all
equipment in their server room. On Power Up the PVC did not come back up.
On investigation the ACE RAD 101 was declared faulty. Eircom are on site.

Eircom on site to repair / replace NTU
Eircom had no replacement NTU in Waterford area. One had to be shipped from
Dublin, hense the delay.
