Problem Description:

Line from HEAnet to the CAO is down.

Affected:

All traffic to and from the CAO. Our traffic to and from other lines is not affected.

Actions:

Reported the problem to Eircom.
On reporting the problem, they informed us that a 140MB line in Galway had gone down.

Time to Fix:

Not yet known.
