BT have now acknowledged that there is a problem within their network
but have given no time to fix. This ticket will be updated again
when more information becomes available.

Janet-ops appologise for the incorrect information, HEAnet is reachable
however there is a break in the connection via QUB-POP and traffic
is currently taking alternative route.

Contacted BT they are still unable to give us any udate. Janet-ops
have requested BT to esculate this problem.
