What a fantastic story, Don! Almost like a wee
Christmas present :-)
... speaking of which ... I offered myself :-) a
copy of the just-published _Typeset in the Future:
Typography and Design in Science Fiction Movies_,
by Dave Addey.
It's a blast! If you love those `behind the scenes'
and `the making of' types of docs about the movie
making process, this is a wonderful look at a side
that's never really part of those DVD bonus
The book covers 7 movies -- 6 of which are on my
all-time favourites list ... only `Moon' escapes
me. Anyways, apparently it comes out of a website
that Addey's been working on for many years:
Have a peek ... and then haul out the movie to
watch it yet again :-)
