I am asking for your recommendations for a Make and Model of a digital camera to attach to our Olympus BX50 upright microscope, for taking photographs of microalgae for making a collection of high-quality phytoplankton photographs.
In the past we used a PixeLink camera, a cheep camera (~ 600 Euro) that did really well for the first 5-6 years, but with time the quality of the pictures declined and we need to replace it.
Recommendations based on your both positive and negative experience would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks in advance,
Dr Tamar Zohary
